This is for general information for those candidates who have applied for the posts of FOREST GUARD and DRIVER advertised by the District Selection Committee, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong vide Advertisement No. DSC.127/DSC-EKH/ADVT/2024/25 Dated Shillong the 2nd August 2024 that the written examination for the said posts will be held on the 14th June 2025.

No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination centres without e-Admit Card and a valid ID Card. Candidates are to report to the examination centres one hour before the commencement of the examination. Gates will close 10 (ten) minutes before the commencement of examination after which, entry of candidates to the examination centres will not be allowed.

Eligible Candidates are to appear for the Typing Speed Test, the details of which shall be intimated in due course. Candidates are requested to check the district website from time to time for the latest updates on the same.

This is for general information for those candidates who have qualified the Written Test Examination for the post of LDA Cum Typist conducted by the District Selection Committee, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong on the 8th November, 2025 that the Typing Speed Test will be held on the 9th December, 2025 at Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Rynjah, Shillong.
