Merit List for the Post of LDA cum Typist (2024) published on the 21st March 2025.

Eligible candidates who have qualified the Knowledge of Local Language Paper are to appear for the Practical Efficiency Test (Qualifying only in nature). They are to bring their educational qualification certificates/results, ST certificate, Birth certificate, a valid Government issued ID card (EPIC/ Aadhaar). These certificates must be produced in original as well as photocopy on the day of the Practical Efficiency Test and to report to the Atrium Area, Second Floor, O/o The Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong on the 3rd March 2026 at 8:00AM sharp. 

Eligible Candidates are to appear for the Personal Interview which will be held w.e.f 27th March to 30th April 2025 (Details of the dates of the Personal Interview to be attended by the Eligible Candidates is in Annexure A ).
All Qualified candidates are requested to report for the verification of documents one day prior to the allotted day of the Personal Interview.
Verification of documents will be held in the O/o The Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM as per the allotted day in the Atrium area, second Floor.

This is for General information for those candidates who have qualified the Written Examination for the post of Sweeper & Cleaner advertised by the District Selection Committee, East Khasi Hills District that the Local Language (Khasi) Examination will be held on the 28th February, 2026 (Saturday).

Candidate are advised to download the e-dmit Card from  the designated website at https://rpa.meghalaya.gov.in/rpaonline/

Eligible Candidates are to appear for the Personal Interview which will be held  w.e.f 5th to 21st March 2025 (Details of the dates of the Personal Interview to be attended by the Eligible Candidates  is in Annexure A ).
All Qualified candidates are requested to report for the verification of documents one day prior to the allotted day of the Personal Interview.
Verification of documents will be held in the O/o The Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM as per the allotted day in the Atrium area, second Floor.

This is for General information for those candidates who have qualified the Stenography Skill Test for the post of Stenographer Grade III  conducted by the District Selection Committee, East Khasi Hills District that the Local Language Test will be held on the 20th February, 2026.

This is for general information for those candidates who have applied for the posts of Sweeper and Cleaner advertised by the District Selection Committee, East Khasi Hills District vide Advertisement No. DSC.127/DSC-EKH/ADVT/2024/67 Dated Shillong the 19th December 2025 that the Written Examination for the said post will be held on the 14th February 2026.

e-Admit Card for the written examination can be downloaded from the designated website at https://rpa.meghalaya.gov.in/rpaonline/ 

No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination centre(s) without the e-Admit Card and a valid ID Card.
Candidates are requested to report at the examination centre 1 (one) hour before the commencement of the examination. Entry Gates will be closed 30 minutes before the commencement of examination. The decision of the Committee in this regard is Final.

This is for general information for those candidates who have qualified the Typing Speed Test for the post of LDA Cum Typist conducted by the District Selection Committee, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong on the 9th December, 2025 are allowed to appear for the qualifying paper on Knowledge of Local Language (Khasi Language in the case of East Khasi Hills District), the examination date(s) of which shall be intimated in due course. Such eligible candidates are requested to visit the district website from time to time for any important updates.

The result of the knowledge of local language paper for the post of LDA cum typist held on 17th January 2026 and the qualified candidates are requested to check and download the call letter(s) for the Personal Interview from the district website.
The Personal interview will be held w.e.f. 28th to 30th January 2026.
