Permission for holding ‘Raffle/Lucky Draw’ and to sell raffle draw tickets

Pyngrope, President, Meghalaya’s Talent Search Organisation (MTSO), Shillong for holding raffle/lucky draw to raise funds for the People with Disability (PWD) on 31st May, 2025 at Mawngap Social, Cultural & Sports Club Hall, Mawngap and to sell the tickets for a period upto 31st May, 2025 with effect from the date of issue of this permission order.
