Permission granted to the Divine Ministry or Restart (DMR) Welfare Foundation to collect donation in aid of the homeless shelter home for a period of 2 months with effect from the date of issue of this Permission Order.

Permission granted to E. Marbaniang, President and R. Syiemlieh, Secretary, Motphran Auto-Rickshaw Owner’s & Driver’s Association (MARODA) for celebrating the opening of Silver Jubilee programmes on 26th March, 2025 and to collect sponsorship/donation for a period of 2 (two) months w.e.f 3rd January, 2025.

Permission granted to Madhu S S Rawat, General Secretary, Gorkha Association, Shillong for holding lottery raffle in aid of the association on 16th July, 2025 at Gorkha Association’s Office and to sell tickets for a period of 2 (two) months w.e.f. 20th January, 2025.

Permission granted to Franky Kharumnuid, President, Pay For Right (PFR) Football Academy for holding a ‘Lucky Draw’ on 15th March, 2025 at State Central Library Campus and to sell tickets for a period upto 15th March, 2025 with effect from the date of issue of this Permission Order.

Permission granted to the President and the Secretary, Khun Kynthei U Hynniewtrep Association to collect donation in aid of orphanage for a period of 2 (two) months w.e.f 10th January, 2025.

Permission granted to Mr. Sonilson Syiemiong, Chairman and Mr. Kuparson Kharmyndai, Secretary, Jingiaseng Samla, Balang Presbyterian Wahsohlait, Nongspung for organizing a Gospel Musical Concert and to sell Donor’s Card to raise funds for a period of 2 (two) months w.e.f 6th December, 2024.

Permission granted to Mr. A. B. Lyngdoh, Team Hummingbird, Dongktieh, Block-III, Nongrah, Shillong to conduct crowd funding campaign and to launch event.

Permission granted to Rev. K. Laloo, Secretary, Organising Committee, Dr. H.G.R. Hospital, Shillong for
(i) organizing a fund raising football match w.e.f. December, 2024 to May 2025.
(ii) Appeal for advertisement, sponsorship, etc.,
Allowed to collect the sponsorship/donation for a period of 2 (two) months w.e.f 29th November,2024.

Permission granted to Smti. By His Grace Rajee, Mawlai Mawdatbaki, Mawapkhaw to collect donation for a period of 2 (two) months with effect from 27th November, 2024.

Permission granted to the President, Ka Seng Nongrep, Wahlakhait, East Khasi Hills District for holding a Lucky Draw on 27th February, 2025 at Wahlakhait at 4:00 P.M. and to sell lucky draw tickets for a period of 2 months w.e.f 1st November,2024.
