Permission granted to Mr. Pynkhrawbok Kharbuli, Secretary, Kharbuli Young Men Organization to collect donation up-to 30th December, 2025 with effect from the date of issue of this permission order.

Permission is hereby granted to Shri. Dameshwa D. Laloo, President, NEIGRIHMS Students Council (NSC), Mawdiangdiang, Shillong to collect sponsorship for the annual college festival ‘EUPHORIA 2025’ for a period upto 13th December, 2025  w.e.f. from the date of issue of this Permission Order.

Permission is hereby granted to Smti. Jris Sunn, President SKKSA & Jane Mawkhiew, Secretary SKKSA Zone II Synjuk ki Kynthei Katholik, Shillong to collect donation for a period of 4 (four) months w.e.f. from the date of issue of this permission order.

Permission is granted for extension to collect donation to the Divine Ministry or Restart (DMR) Welfare Foundation in aid of the homeless shelter home at Lawmali, Shillong for another period of 6 (six) months with effect from 11th April, 2025.

Permission granted to Master Samuel Hashah founder President All Meghalaya Kick-Boxing Association (AMKA) to collect donation and sponsorship for organising the 1st State Level Kick Boxing Championship 2025 for a period of one month w.e.f. the date of issue the permission order.

Permission granted to Shri. Lam Kharmalki, President, Hynniewtrep Youth Development Council (HYDC), Sohryngkham Circle to conduct raffle draw to raise funds for the Independence Day Sports Championship on the 15th August 2025 at Sohryngkham Village and to sell the raffle draw tickets with effect from April 2025 to 15th August, 2025.

Permission granted to the Director, Mrs. N. Hills Tiny Tots’ East Ville School, Lumiablot, Nongthymmai, Shillong for conducting ‘Raffle Draw’ on the 8th August, 2025 in the School Premises and to sell tickets for a period of 2 (two) months till 8th August 2025 with effect from the date of issue of this permission order.

Permission is hereby granted to the Principal, H. Elias Memorial Higher Secondary School, Nongthymmai, Shillong for organizing ‘Mini Fete-cum-Lucky Draw’ on the 18th October, 2025 at School Premises from 09:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. and selling of tickets for a period of 2 (two) months w.e.f. the date of issue of this permission order.

Permission granted to Mildres S. Pyngrope, President, Meghalaya’s Talent Search Organisation (MTSO), Shillong for holding raffle/lucky draw to raise funds for the People with Disability (PWD) on 31st May, 2025 at Mawngap Social, Cultural & Sports Club Hall, Mawngap and to sell the tickets for a period upto 31st May, 2025 with effect from the date of issue of this permission order.

Permission granted to Lasting Nongbri, Producer, Haphibada Production to collect sponsorship from friends and well-wishers for his upcoming Khasi Movie for a period of 2 months w.e.f the date of issue of this Permission Order
