Chief Minister Regional Transport Scheme
The Chief Minister’s Regional Transport Scheme (CM-RTS) is an initiative of the Transport Department, Government of Meghalaya, to improve connectivity between Block Headquarters and District Headquarters by providing reliable and affordable daily bus services, while also promoting local entrepreneurship through up to 50% government financial support for purchasing buses along with additional operational support.

Individual Entrepreneurs (Meghalaya), Bus Operators and Corporations, Self Help Groups, Village Organizations, Traditional Institutions
