Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC)

Application form for Permanent Residential Certificate is available at PFC, DC’s Office. Form can also be downloaded here PRC Application Form (PDF, 686 KB) .

Attested copies of the following documents are to be submitted along with the application form duly filled in:-

• Two Passport Size Photographs
• Birth Certificate/School Certificate
• Any one of Residential Proof ( EPIC /Ration Card/patta /Electricity Bill / Telephone Bills)
• Certificates of all institutions in Meghalaya where Studied in
• Supporting Documents why Permanent Residential Certificate is required
