PRESS RELEASE

 

            This is for general information that the National Old Age Pension Scheme of Rs. 100/- per month for the existing beneficiaries w.e.f 1-6-05  to 31-3-06   will be disbursed immediately.

            Those beneficiaries residing within Urban Areas are requested to contact Nazir Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Shillong Room No. 211 from 10^th November, 2006 onwards during office hours. Regarding details information please contact Development Branch Room No. 314 of the Office of the undersigned.

            Those beneficiaries residing within Rural Areas, disbursement of the same will be   from the office of the Block Development Officers concerned from 10^th November, 2006 onwards during office hours. Regarding details information and for the list of beneficiaries the same will be made from the respective Block Offices.
