            Ki S.K.Oil Retailer kiba ha East Khasi Hills ki dei ban phah ia ka application pynthymmai jong ki lyngba u Rangbah Shnong bad kito kiba na nongkyndong kin phah lyngba u Block Development Officer ha ki form kiba phi lah ban ioh na ka ophis u ba soi kyrteng harum bad dei ruh ban da tah ia ka Court Fee Stamp kaba 25/-(Arphew san tyngka) ryngkat bad ka renewal Fee kaba long Rs.5/-(San tyngka) ia kaba dei ban thep da ka Treasury Chalan haka head of Account “1456-Civil-Supplies-800-Other-receipt (a) Civil Supplies etc Licence Fee na ka bynta ka jingpynthymmai ia u snem 2006.

 

            Ia ki application dei ruh ban phah ryngkat bad ki kyrteng jong ki dkhot ka Vigilance Committee jong ki dong/shnong jong ki kaba la recommend da u Rangbah Shnong.

 

            Ia ki application ba la pyndap pura  dei ban pynpoi sha kane ka  ophis ha ne shuwa ka 10th December-2005.

            Ngi pynkynmaw ruh ba ia ki application ba pynpoi dier por yn ym pdiang shuh ia ki bad ba yn pynsangeh noh ia ki allotment ki jong ki.

                                                       N O T I C E

 

            It is hereby notified for the general information of all S.K.Oil Agents/S.K.Oil Retailers under Urban and Rural areas that their Licenses for purchase/sale and storage for sale of S.K.Oil is due for renewal for the Calendar Year, 2006, under the usual  terms  and conditions of the Meghalaya Kerosene (Licensing & Distribution) Control Order, 1988.

 

S.K.O. Retailers within East Khasi Hills district are hereby directed to submit their applications through their respective Headman and Block Development Officer (Rural) in prescribed Form which may be obtained from the Office of the undersigned to be attached with a court Fee Stamp of Rs.25/-(Rupees twenty five) along with the License and also renewal fee of Rs.5/- (Rupees five) only to be deposited in the form of Treasury Challan under the Head of Account” 3456 Civil Supplies-800-Other Receipt (a) Civil Supplies, etc license fee for the renewal of the same for the year 2006.

 

        The application form should be submitted along with the name of Vigilance Committee members of their respective locality/village duly recommended by the Headman concerned.

 

        All application should be submitted on or before the 10th December, 2005. No application will be renewed without submission of the above mentioned requirements, and no issue of S.K.Oil will be made if submitted after the due date
