      1 - 5.      Construction of Cafeteria, Dryshop, footbridge, latrines and Market Stall at Thangkharang Park under Shella-Bholaganj Development Block was Constructed by DRDA East Khasi Hills under SGRY I (30%) 2002-2003 under the supervision of the Engineering Wing and Monitoring Cell of DRDA, East Khasi Hills, Shillong. 

            This Park is well known to all the residence of the State, as well as tourist coming from outside the State and abroad. The scenic beauty of Southern part of East Khasi Hills and the plains of Bangladesh can be viewed from this point. Earlier people has to run their business in a thatch roof, but now they are running their business in these stalls in a hygienic way.

             The total amount of expenditure in the above works is Rs. 10,00,000.00 (Rupees ten lakhs) only. 

      6.   Extension of Presbyterian L.P. School, Mawsmai under S.G.R.Y II (2001-2002) at a total amount of Rs.65,000.00.

            The previous building is an Assam Type Building and is too small to accommodate all the school children. With the help of the Scheme, Extension of the Building was done and hence can accommodate more students.
