           The above Durbar Hall at Lumwarimai was constructed during the year 2001-2002 under S.G.R.Y. I. Prior to its construction , there is no Community Hall available in the village and most of the village meetings were conducted in the residence of village Headman and school building. With the construction of this Community Hall, the villagers now have a chance to conduct their meetings, public gathering and other special functions. Besides during its construction it gave employment opportunities to more than 1500 mandays.

2.                Prior to its construction, there is no such type of office building constructed in the village. This office building of ka Seng Kynthei, Nongeit Niang village really serve as a place for conducting their meeting, functions , discussion, for the welfare of the women’s problems. This type of construction serve as a model for the nearby villages to follow their path. It also gave a good employment to the villagers during the time of construction.

          
3. R.C.C. Footbridge over wah Spar at Urksew under SGRY-I 2002-03       4. L.P. School at Nongshyrngan under SGRY-I  2001-02

3.               This footbridge was constructed over Spar Stream located at Pynursla (Urksew). Previously there is no footbridge available in this stream. With its completion it serves the people who are staying in Madan village and Urksew village. The employment generated over this project is 700 mandays.

4.               There is no school building available prior to the construction of the above L.P. School and now this is the  first school constructed in this village under SGRY I (2001-2002). The school was opened in the year 2002 in which 40 (forty) students was studying in it. There are two teachers serving in this school . It serve as an educational institution, it also creates employment opportunity to villagers during the construction time.

5.          This school was constructed at Phlangtyngur under the MP scheme of Shri B.B. Dutta (2000-2001) at a cost of Rs. 8,00,000.00. This school building consist both L.P. and Upper Primary . It accommodate more than 100 students.

6.          The Durbar Hall at Mawshun village was constructed under M.P. Scheme of Shri P.R. Kyndiah  at a cost of Rs. 3,00,000.00 during the year 2000-2002. It really gave a good opportunity of employment to the villages of nearly 3000 mandays. Besides, the hall can accommodate nearly 1500 people where important public functions can be conducted.

7.       The L.P. School Building of Mawbyrne village was constructed during the month of May and June 2001 and completed on February 2002 at a cost of Rs. 1,50,000/-. 

            The school started functioning this year 2003 and the number of students reading in this school is around  30 (thirty) students. There is one teacher serving in the school at present . The construction of this school gave employment to the poor villagers for nearly 10 (ten) months. Besides, it serves as a model for enhancing the literacy rate of the village.

8.         The construction of IAY to Smt. Phosilia of Phlangtyngur has really help her and her family to live a decent life with a proper house which shelter her from storm, rain etc.
