 1.             Prior to construction of this hall, this village use to conduct their village Durbar (Meetings) and other functions in the open ground with no proper seating and the people faced a lot of hardship especially during the rainy season.

             This hall has now help the village authorities to conduct the village meetings and other functions in a more organize manner in the comfort of this community hall.

2.             The school building was in a deteriorating condition and the classroom were in bad shape which were not suitable at all for proper learning and teaching. With the renovation of this school building it is now possible to accommodate the growing number of school children of this village and the neighbouring villages.

3.             The construction of this motorable road had served the people living in Umthli village.

             They can now easily travel to the village and solve all transportation problems faced by the villagers. 

4.              This footpath connects one part of Swer village with the main road. Earlier, the villagers have to walk through muddy slippery village road and this area being a low lying area, is flooded during most part of the year. With the construction of this footpath, it has made walking much easier even during night time.
